One page, day by day. Add rounds, hotels, dining and transfers from your library, and watch the price build itself on Overview.
The editor is one continuous page. Accommodation has its own section at the top, with the days below it. Use each day's + menu to add a golf course, hotel, restaurant, transfer, drive, train, ferry, flight, activity or note, and drag rows to reorder them.
The side panel holds your library in five tabs, courses, hotels, dining, transfers and activities, so anything you have used before drops straight in.
When you add a supplier from the library, its rates, photos and description are copied into the proposal at that moment. Edit the supplier later and the proposals you already sent do not change for the client.
The trip carries a golfer count and a non-golfer count, and the roster marks each traveller as one or the other. Every dinner, activity, transfer and general item then says who it is for: everyone, the golfers only, or the non-golfers only. Trains, ferries and flights say it too. A spa afternoon for the non-golfers is not charged into the golfers' price, and only the golfers pay for the van that takes them to the course. The Overview shows both prices separately, so the couple where one plays and one does not gets a separate price each.
Overview holds the pricing table: every service with your cost, your margin and the client price. Green fees, rooms, transfers and dinners appear there on their own as you build the days. Add-ons appear under the course, hotel, restaurant or activity they belong to. Costs that belong to the whole trip are added under General items at the bottom of the itinerary editor. You can set margin per line, or type the client price you want and RoundPlan calculates the margin from it. The package price is the sum of the lines; there is no separate number to keep in sync.
When travellers are named on add-ons or general items, Overview separates the pricing into Trip pricing, Paying separately and Group total. The first shows what the group shares, the second shows named costs and who pays them, and Group total shows what each traveller pays with one cost and margin breakdown for the trip.
A deal can also carry up to four versions of the itinerary as tabs, for the group that wants to choose between two hotels or two weeks. That is proposal options.
Deposit to confirm lives in the same settings card: set a percentage and the client page shows it next to the price.
